Kindness tips for Monday

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is KINDNESS.
Every day of the week Wellspring will be posting ways that you can be kind to yourself, others, communities and the environment.

Everybody can appreciate acts of kindness. Kindness leads to many good things like better relationships, improved self-esteem, compassion, happiness, future success, and good mental and physical health.  

Have a go at doing one or more things on the “Random Acts of Kindness” Bingo.  Take a photo and share on Facebook or Instagram. Don’t forget to tag us (Wellspring), so we can share your acts of kindness. By sharing your posts, we can spread the kindness and encourage others to join in :D
